➤ An Odessa man is accused of firing a gun at another driver on I-70 near U.S. 40 on May 23 at 7:05 a.m.—court records show he faces first-degree assault, two counts of armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon after investigators recovered a spent 9mm casing from his vehicle. KMBC
