- ➤ Officials announced Tuesday that the fan-favorite Minsky's and Joe's KC BBQ Pizza will return just in time for Father's Day in 17 metro locations and one Lawrence location from June 12 through June 30 or until supplies run out. The pizza is made with Minsky's original crust dusted with Joe's famous French Fry Seasoning and topped with Kansas City BBQ sauce, Wisconsin mozzarella, brisket, pulled pork and burnt ends — served with a side of Joe's pickles.
