➤ The University of Arkansas recognized students for making the Spring 2025 Chancellor’s List by earning a 4.0 GPA while completing at least 12 credits, with multiple Lee’s Summit scholars honored in fields like Nursing and Exercise Science. ➤ The Missouri Department of Revenue said temporary license tags for dealer car sales will end on August 28, requiring buyers to pay tax at purchase instead of having a 30-day period; the sales tax change will take effect when the new FUSION system is completed—expected in late 2026 or early 2027—to help stop millions in losses reported from expired tags.
