- ➤ Worlds of Fun changed its chaperone rules after a Saturday disturbance during Halloween Haunt—guests 17 and younger must now be accompanied by a 21-year-old chaperone with valid government-issued ID. The policy requires that chaperones remain in the park and be reachable by phone, and anyone leaving after 6 p.m. cannot re-enter. KMBC
