- ➤ The annual Lee's Summit Veterans Day Parade organized by VFW 5789 will take place on Saturday, November 8 at 11 a.m. starting at Lee's Summit High School — the parade will follow Green Street and end at the downtown Amtrak station; after the parade, attendees can join the Ham and Beans social at the auxiliary hall. EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The Board of Education of Reorganized School District No. 7 will hold an Elementary Enrollment Process Action Team meeting on November 5 at 6:00 p.m. at Lee's Summit Elementary + the session, led by Linda Ismert and facilitated by RSP & Associates, will review enrollment trends and building use to plan a strategic enrollment approach.
