About this event
City Apex is a functional strength training class, designed to challenge both aerobic and anaerobic pathways by focusing on time under tension. Using a smaller class size, trainers will help members execute heavier lifts using proper form by coaching tempo. Each class is a full body, strength focused workout. All fitness levels welcome!
