About this event

This soul-nurturing flow is designed to deepen your practice through the mind-body connection. Move your body & nourish your spirit with opportunities to explore the foundations & philosophy of yoga through mantra, mudra, meditation, breathwork, & an intentional, slower-flow asana practice. All levels welcome—this class is accessible for beginners as well as an opportunity for more advanced students to revisit their roots.
