Hot Yoga is deceptively challenging. The same 34 postures every class, held for 5-7 breaths in a heated room — no flow, just you, your breath, and the posture, set to music. The consistency is the point. Show up enough times and you'll feel yourself getting stronger in the stillness. No weight on your wrists or shoulders — a smart choice if you're working around an injury. (Target room temperature = 99°)
